Step 2: You can locate a Raise an issue option enclosed in a horizontal box across your registered number. Click on it, and you will land on the said page.

Step 3: You will get to see multiple options in this section. But your objective is to scroll down to Transfer a member to new mobile number option; at last, tap on it.

Step 4: Now, you can see the member details and Select a Member to Transfer with a dropdown menu. Once you click on the menu, you’ll see a list of all the members who have registered with your phone number.

Step 5: Select your name from the list and scroll down a bit. You will find your Current mobile number with a Transfer to and then Enter New Mobile Number aligned.

Step 6: Enter the new mobile number in the space provided. Scroll down to the check box for agreement. The agreement warns to carry out the process responsibly since it is irreversible.

Step 8: At last, find the Continue button in the bottom right corner to confirm. After this process, the app generates an OTP to your new mobile number for authentication, which you should enter in the space allotted.

Once done, you should tap on the Submit Request option to end the process successfully.
