The steps below only apply if you have not changed your account ID. If you have changed your username before, this method might not pan out as expected.
As PlayStation does not yet provide us with the account creation date, we will use your username to predict when you created your PlayStation account. In general, you would have set your username for the first time while creating your account. So, the date mentioned in the username details can hint you about when an account was created.
Step 1: Set up your PlayStation and launch your account.
Alternatively, you can perform this process on the official PlayStation website. Just use your account credentials to log in from the web browser.
Step 2: Now, take a look at the top right corner of the screen. There, you can find your profile icon. Tap on it.
Step 3: You can see different options. There, you need to choose a profile option. This will take you to the profile page.
Step 4: On your profile page, you can find the Edit Profile option on the left side of your screen; tap on it. It is usually denoted by the pencil icon.
